JenRan Builders offers over 50 distinctive, time-tested, energy efficient standard models to meet any budget. Models range from a 3,650 square-foot contemporary colonial "Newport" design, featuring multiple gables and cathedral ceilings with custom glass, to our 2,350 square-foot Victorian styled "Queensbury," which comes with a wrap-around porch and walk-out bay windows in the living and master suite, to the 1,400 square- foot "Hadley," a cape style starter home.
All designs are specially formulated to balance traffic flow, closet space, and kitchen and bath layout to give you the most efficient use of space in your home - one that will offer you comfort and convenience for many years.
