Looking to act as your own General Contractor?  JenRan Homes system built packages are a great option for owner-builders.  We can provide you with a complete shell package at a fixed price. You can rest assured that a large portion of the home building project is going to be at a fixed price.  With our panelized and modular packages we can also provide you an erected shell or modular so you can subcontract or do the finish work yourself.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to build your home the old-fashioned way... yourself! By coordinating the construction of your home, and by doing some of the actual work yourself, you are able to realize a substantial savings compared to having a home built or buying a used home.

First, we will meet with you, analyze your needs and desires, then together we estimate approximate costs for completion of your home. We will supply you with the necessary prints and documents to construct your home.
