The Crawford - 2270 Sq.Ft. This is a lovely two story home with classic lines. The wrap around porch and front facing gable with the circle topped window is very appealing to the eye. This plan will accommodate an active family. It has a very large great room which is just off the spacious breakfast and kitchen area. All four bedrooms are located on the second floor and the master bedroom has its own master bath with a shower and whirlpool tub as well as a large walk-in closet. |

| When to Hire a General
Contractor If you are going to hire a General Contractor to build your home when is the best time to hire the GC? We like to be involved in the process from the very beginning. A GC can help you navigate the hurdles of the wetlands, zoning and building regulations. It is also important to design your home based on the land and the surroundings so bringing the GC onboard before the design process means they help you with design features that compliment the property. We even love being involved in the land search as there items that may make certain properties more expensive to build on. So if you are going to build a new home and hire a GC we suggest securing the GC before you get too involved. Many GC's require a large deposit to secure their services. We do not. For a small deposit of $500 we help with looking at land, obtaining wetlands & zoning approvals and designing the home for you and the property. |
