Chesapeake  - 2774 Sq.Ft.

As soon as you drive up to the front of The Chesapeake, you know you will be entering another classic TimbeRoof Post and Beam Home. Highlighting the entry is a timber framed roof system with massive posts and beams supporting a wood paneled roof.

The main rooms of the home (i.e. living, dining, kitchen, entry and master bedroom) feature our signature TimbeRoof Post and Beam frame. This plan provides wonderful traffic flow from the entry to the other rooms of the home and also promises:

  • A kitchen that maximizes the space with pantry closets along the inside wall and cabinets that can be altered in numerous ways to maximize efficiency
  • The laundry is conveniently located next to the garage and kitchen
  • The study or home office is conveniently located next to the front door and has a large storage closet
  • The extra large master bedroom suite on the second floor has a balcony overlooking the living room and an outdoor deck
  • The living room can have the fireplace along any wall of the room, even between the dining and living rooms as a see-through unit
  • The garage, baths, study and entry areas of the home are "stick built" and are included in our package price, with the combination of timber framing and stick framing provides a large house with a reasonable cost per square foot.

Planning for Downsizing
The buzzword of the day is downsizing. Whether it's going to a smaller home or one floor living, many are looking to make their home better suited for their current lives. With June being graduation time I thought Iwould touch on the subject of planning for the future. Who wants to build their dream home now only to have to sell it later because it doesn't suit their future lifestyle.  So if you have someone who will be flying the nest in the future why not give thought to designing the home for your potential future lifestyle?  Maybe a large bedroom with it's own bath on the first floor that could become a future master? Or even adding an extra zone upstairs so you don't have to heat an area of the house you may not use. So when thinking about your home take your current and future lifestyle in mind. We can help with your design. Give us a call to get your new home started now!
Product Highlight

Solar Electric

Our Solar PV panels are changing the way Solar Electric (Photovoltaic) systems are installed. Our standardized residential solar electric systems are pre-engineered and pre-assembled, making them the easiest and most cost-effective way to install solar.

Our system takes less than half the time to install than traditional solar. Our system is the most cost-effective to install because they require:

  • No equipment selection and engineering
  • No string sizing
  • No measuring and cutting aluminum rails
  • No grounding of modules and rails
  • No installing inverters and DC disconnect

We eliminate all of these unnecessary steps with a complete, pre-assembled product and comprehensive training, marketing and support services. Even a homeowner can save on installation and install our system themselves! Learn more today.
