JenRan Homes - Newsletter May 2008

Featured Home Plan

Where is the warm weather?  End of May already and it feels like October!

Interest Rates are incredibly low!   Don't listen to the media, they love doom and gloom.  Now is a very good time to build!  You can build your dream home and lock your interest rate into this current low rate.  The current real estate market has no bearing on building a home. If you are building a home, it should be your home for many years to come so this slightly off market will be long gone before you ever decide to sell your home.

If you are considering building a home, feel free to give us a call. We would love the opportunity to build your home. As a complete home builder, our goal is get you the home you desire on a budget you can afford.

We have even more changes coming next month!  Keep an eye on our website or check out next month's newsletter!

Allegheny - 2624 Sq.Ft.
This thirty-two foot wide two story gives extra square footage to each room. An extended area is available off the custom designed kitchen to create additional sitting area. The private living room and dining room area are separated from the everyday traffic of the family room/ nook area. The second floor has a private office to accommodate the work at home person, while still leaving plenty of room for four bedrooms and two full baths.

Homebuilding Tips
Design It Now... Don't Pay Later
We always recommend to our clients to make sure the design of their home is absolutely final before starting construction.  Making changes during construction costs money and time. This was shown in the TV show "Little People, Big World", if you saw the show Matt Roloff was building a large addition to his home.  While in the framing stage he continued to make changes to the design and size of the addition. What happened?  He ran out of money during construction and had to shut the entire project down.  So be sure to think your design thru and make sure it is right for what you desire.  Once completed, make every effort to avoid making changes during construction.
