When choosing a builder, sometimes you work with a salesman, who passes you off to a designer, who passes you off to a customer service rep who then passes you off to a project manager. With us, you deal with the owner through all phases of construction. So not only do I know everything you have been through while securing land, designing the home, securing financing, etc. I learn what you want in a new home and am able to keep on top of the project throughout the entire process to make sure nothing is missed.
