Laurel Ridge I -
2100 Sq.Ft.
The Laurel Ridge plan makes great use of existing space by
minimizing hallways and clustering of traffic areas, making a
smaller home feel and act like a much larger home.
When you come in through the spacious entry, the first thing
you notice is the timber framed wood ceiling. As with all our
homes, the timbers range in size from 6"x12" to
4"x8", giving our homes a more pleasing and dramatic
look. Accenting the frame is a hammer-beam truss in the middle of
the living room area (featuring a prow front) as well as a timber
frame front porch.
The ceilings of the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom
have solid timber beams with conventional framed floors that allow
for the heating, wiring and plumbing systems to be easily
installed. The second floor bedrooms and loft, as well as the
entry and living room, have cathedral ceilings with exposed
timbers and wood paneled ceilings.

Precast Outdoor Fireplaces
This is the same outdoor fireplace that has been enjoyed for years
by thousands of travelers in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
State Parks choose precast outdoor fireplaces time after time because
their steel reinforced firebrick lasts and lasts, camper after camper.
The pre-tempered link logs are heat resistant and virtually fireproof,
and their permanent appearance is a natural complement to any wooded
New England background. New Englanders are choosing these Outdoor
fireplaces by Precast for their own outdoor backyard barbecues because
they have found the lightweight link-logs are easy to assemble, and
require no cement or maintenance. And if you move, your precast
outdoor fireplace can be moved too, with little fuss,. Use wood or
charcoal, Precast is designed for both. Your new outdoor fireplace
comes complete with adjustable grates and is available in a natural
gray color
So if this is your idea of a good time then call Precast Outdoor
Fireplaces and get the Outdoor Fireplace you always dreamed of!
